Junli Yamada is CSI’s Chief Supply Chain and International Growth Officer, leading global supply chain strategy and international business development to scale operations and enhance customer experience. With over 20 years of executive leadership across biotech, MedTech, and consumer goods, he specializes in end-to-end supply chain transformation, demand and supply planning, digital systems, and strategic partnerships. Prior to CSI, Junli held senior roles at Expeditors, 3M, Molex, and Thermo Fisher, where he led global logistics, supply chain management, ERP implementations, and delivered multimillion-dollar savings. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Junli is CPIM-certified and fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, with conversational Spanish.
