Jay Glasscock

Chief Executive Officer

Jay has been CSI’s CEO since late 2024. Jay has a real passion for engineering, sourcing, customer intimacy and developing talent. He is leading the way to building a robust, experienced team that is laser focused on deepening relationships with our customers and looking for continuous improvement across the entire business every day. Jay previously held large leadership roles including President/CEO of companies in multiple industries including Medical Device, Life Sciences, Apparel and Industrial Products.

Jay has an extensive background in global manufacturing, procurement, distribution and supply chain, having led teams across geographies including United States, Latin America, Europe, India, China, Japan, SE Asia and Australia. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
