Founded as Asia America (AA) and privately owned until 2011
Entry into China working with 1 factory
1990
China partnerships have grown to 5 factories
1999
US based warehousing added 25k sqft and expansion to 8 partner factories
2010
ISO approval achieved
2011
Purchased by PE firm based in Pennsylvania and business operating system implemented
2013
AA expands warehousing space to 40k sqft
2014
AA purchases CSI and takes on their name
2016
CSI expands outside China to SEA
2019
CSI expands to India
2021
CSI acquires Alltech Pro and expands to offer Ground Engaging Tools (GET) product line
2022
CSI acquires AMIC Global and expands warehouse footprint to 80k sqft
CPC purchases CSI
CSI expands into Mexico/LATAM marketplace
