CSI offers a variety of CNC precision machining capabilities to fulfill the requirements of a diverse customer base. CSI's USA and Asian - based staff bring the same diligence and high standards to each project.
We are capable of all standard machining processes including: milling (3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis), drilling, boring, grinding, turning, and others. CSI also offers specialization in creep feed grinding, double disc grinding and laser welding. In addition, we offer EDM and laser cutting. Equipped with CNC turning centers and CNC machining centers for both horizontal and vertical requirements, CSI is fully outfitted to meet the most demanding specifications with accuracy and cost effectiveness.
CSI maintains a vendor base with redundant capabilities which has a full understanding of the entire manufacturing process, and quality is built into the process at each stage. Our vendor knowledge base enables CSI to accurately produce complex components which have often proved to be too difficult for others to do in Asia.
