Position Description

Location: Guilford, CT

Component Sourcing International, LLC (CSI) is a Strategic Sourcing^TM company which manufactures custom metal components in the following 4 product categories: 1) Precision screw machine parts, 2) Castings, 3) CNC Machined parts, 4) Fabricated metal components. CSI’s services are primarily targeted to medium-sized companies which do not have the in-house resources, capabilities, or expertise to properly analyze and implement international sourcing strategies. The company has an outstanding reputation for responsiveness and quality. Since inception, CSI has experienced excellent growth in its core product lines, and is seeking to compliment its growing internal capabilities.

CSI is seeking an inside Sales Associate to manage a portion of the rapidly increasing demand for the company’s products and capabilities. Responsibilities include: 1) Managing specific component projects and maintaining systems to track Inquiries and Quotations, 2) Preparing samples and associated paperwork delivery to customers, 3) Sales and prospecting in markets to which CSI is currently selling products including: Bathware, Construction Equipment, Material handling equipment, Fitness products, Hydraulics 4) Developing measurement system for performance as well as customer satisfaction.

CSI offers outstanding growth potential and seeks a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The desired candidate should feel comfortable in a sales setting and have good computer skills. Experience in Engineering, and foreign language is a plus.
