Experience - All of our employees have worked in a manufacturing setting and our principals have run successful manufacturing companies in the U.S. or abroad. We have LOCAL, highly skilled engineering expertise on the ground in our manufacturing locations.

Quality - Our vendor base adheres to internationally recognized ISO 9000 or QS 9000 quality systems, and is export-oriented in nature. We have a specially trained team of mechanical engineers which inspect our products, independently of our vendors' inspection process. All products go through this series of internal and external inspections before shipment.

Logistics - We have warehousing facilities in the USA and Europe to handle Just-In-Time delivery requirements of our customers.

Financing - We take title to all items manufactured and sell F.O.B one of three warehouse facilities in Connecticut, USA, North Carolina USA or Europe.

To successfully source products in overseas markets, companies require experienced, practical management and resources on-site, both at the end customer and the manufacturing site in Asia. CSI provides these resources to help companies that do not have the capacity or expertise to develop and execute a comprehensive international Strategic Sourcing™ program. CSI assists companies at every point in the supply chain:

• Strategic Planning: Clarifies customer's specific objectives and needs related to sourcing in Asia and defines the strategic issues and risks involved. Prioritizes opportunities, quantifies the potential savings, and recommends the appropriate implementation plan.
• Supplier Selection: Identifies qualified, dependable suppliers in Asia by first evaluating CSI's own captive supplier base. Final selection is always made using customer's required product specifications and selection criteria.
• Prototyping: Oversees all aspects of the set-up and production process from product design to the delivery of the finished high quality sample.
• Purchase Order Management: Functioning as an outsourced procurement department, CSI manages all purchase orders, logistics and communication between the company and its Asian suppliers.
• Assembly, Packaging and Shipping: Coupled with detailed knowledge of packaging options, CSI assembles, packages, and ships finished products to customers.
• Quality Control: Provides in-house quality control, separate from but in addition to vendor's own quality system, to ensure that the customer's quality standards are met without exception.
