The customer faced three issues: 1) Finding a quality vendor who could offer engineering services to design and manufacture stainless steel parts, 2) Finding a vendor who not be scared away by a low volume inquiry, 3) Finding a vendor who could manufacture parts that met all applicable building and safety codes in the USA. CSI's exclusive relationship with a top quality, but small Chinese manufacturer allowed it to meet all of the customers demands and expand the relationship to include many additional Stainless Steel parts.
