The breadth of CSI's capabilities are demonstrated by the wide variety of accessory products we are capable of designing and manufacturing. CSI often manufacturers accessories to complement one of our customer's core metal components, but we often work on stand alone projects in unique and exotic materials. Our projects have included: Plastic (PVC, PU, PPE, PET, TPR - injection molding, dip molding, blow molding, thermoforming), rubber, wood, powdered metal, sintered metal and others. In addition, we have the capacity both in the USA and Asia to assemble components and accessories to deliver a finished sub-assembly or product to our customer.

CSI's value added: CSI's customer had 2 issues with their existing vendor in the USA: 1) Quality was inconsistent due to the difficulty in perfectly bending the steel plate component of the handle, and 2) Pressures from management to meet aggressive cost cutting goals in a short time period. CSI's relationship with a Chinese manufacturer whose specialty was bending metal tube and welding led to the successful sampling and production of a Chinese made handle with, according to the customer, "Better quality and polished chrome finish that we could get in the USA."
